Trees and Cheese
any hard cheese of your choice
1. Wash the broccoli and separate the florets.
2. Steam the florets lightly for 5-7 minutes.
3. Chop the cheese into small squares.
4. Put the cheese and a little bit of milk in a sauce pan. Heat it on low-medium heat, stirring frequently until the cheese is melted completely.
5. Pour the melted cheese on top of the steamed broccoli florets and serve immediately.
